I ordered a movie from Kino Lorber, and the product page just wasn’t quite right. It made it sound like certain features were included, but when the disc showed up, they weren’t there. The shipping was totally fine, no issue there, but I bought it because of the details they listed, so it was really frustrating. It’s annoying when the description says one thing and the actual product is another, and it’s especially annoying because that’s the whole reason I picked it up. They really need to double check their product descriptions before posting them.

I ordered a movie and it actually showed up faster than I thought it would. Tracking worked fine too, no issue there. Happy with the whole thing.

Anyway, it was still watchable, but the audio definitely took me out of it a bit.

The sales are okay overall, but uh, the discount codes can be a little confusing to figure out. I had to double-check which ones actually worked before checking out...

They have such a good mix of older movies, oddball titles, classic films, foreign stuff, cult movies, and those random harder-to-find releases that you don’t always come across on the bigger retail sites. If you’re the kind of person who likes browsing for movies and suddenly stumbling onto something you completely forgot existed, it’s actually a fun site to poke around on. I usually go in thinking I’ll just check one title, and then I end up looking through a bunch of other releases because there’s always something interesting tucked away. It’s definitely a good place to shop if your taste in movies goes beyond the usual mainstream stuff.

I ordered a Blu-ray from Kino Lorber and it showed up just fine. The case had a little scuffing on it, but nothing too serious. The disc itself was clean, no scratches that I could see, and it played perfectly, which is really what you care about in the end. I’m taking off one star because the packaging could’ve been a bit better, but overall I’m happy with the condition it arrived in.

The captions worked well for me. I assumed they’d be spot-on the whole way through since most of them were fine, but a few lines popped up a little late here and there. Nothing major, just noticeable.

I’ve rented a few movies on Kino Lorber now, and the streaming has been really solid. Like, it just starts playing and—even on my older smart TV, I haven’t had freezing or weird random errors pop up. That’s pretty much all I want when I rent something

I was a little nervous about the whole region coding thing before I ordered, because you never really know... but the info on the site was accurate. The disc played just fine on my US player, no extra steps or messing with settings or anything. Order was easy, no problems, and yeah, I’d buy from them again.

I’ve ordered a few movies from Kino Lorber, and I do like that most titles clearly show whether they’re on Blu-ray, DVD, or 4K. That said, some older movies only have one format available, which is kind of annoying. I usually end up having to click around and double-check things more than I’d like, so it takes a bit more effort than it should. Still, overall it’s easy to find what I need

Customer service did help me out in the end, which I appreciated. Nice. It just took a bit longer than I expected, so that was a little frustrating. Still, they got it handled. Relief.

I grabbed a couple of movies from kinolorber, the video quality was kind of better than I figured it would be. The picture looked clean, the colors were nice, and I didn’t really notice any weird playback stuff or anything like that. Some of the older movies still look old, obviously, but in a good way, like they still have that original feel. Overall, I’m happy with what I got
